Delivery time: initial report is done in 3-5 working days, at this point we already know what needs to be done. Further usability tests using average people are going to take another week for light and basic plans, two weeks for the heavy plan. Modifications to your site will take another 3 days (light, basic) and 5-7 days for the heavy plan. A second round of modifications will probably occur 2 weeks after that.
